Why I Built ChiroSanctuary the Way I Did

It started with knowing what I didn’t want.

shoulder adjustmentI have shadowed multiple clinics in the UK, participated in 3 different coaching groups, and heard experiences from thousands of chiropractors around the world.

There are offices where the approach was the same for everyone, regardless of what was actually going on; some were in and out within a minute; some did a hybrid in between; and most run like a well-oiled machine, every staff member knows what they are doing – these are the practices that I get my inspiration from.

I understood why they worked that way. Volume. Throughput. The economics of practice.

Chirosanctuary evolves as I go through different stages of the parenting journey. From wellness-emphasised care to the current neurological care model. Right now, the non-negotiables are: scan first, always. Know the person before you touch them. Don’t adjust everything — adjust what needs it. And treat a five-year-old differently from a forty-five-year-old, because they are different.

The training I invested in — PX Docs, MST, Syntropy, infant massage, dry needling, taping etc. — wasn’t about collecting certificates. It was about being good enough to actually do this the right way. To understand paediatric neurology well enough to work with kids, I’d feel comfortable sending my own children to.

The INSiGHT Scanner wasn’t cheap. It’s the first one in Malaysia. I got it because I wanted the data. I wanted to stop guessing and start knowing.

None of this makes me perfect. I miss things. I ask for second opinions. I refer out when I’m not the right person.

But every decision in this clinic comes from the same place: what would I actually want for my family?
